Job Title: Content & Social Media Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Content & Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role involves developing content strategies, managing social media channels, and overseeing content creation to strengthen our brand identity and increase online sales. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of digital trends, audience engagement strategies, and e-commerce marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Content Strategy & Creation:
Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with HT Enova’s brand voice, audience, and marketing goals.
Plan, write, and oversee engaging content for social media, website, blogs, and email campaigns.
Create product descriptions, captions, and marketing copy for ads and promotions.
✅ Social Media Management:
Manage and grow HT Enova’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Plan and schedule posts, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a strong community.
✅ Campaign & Ad Management:
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing content for better reach and engagement.
✅ Market Research & Trend Analysis:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital marketing.
Identify new opportunities for brand positioning and audience engagement.
✅ Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the e-commerce and product teams to ensure content aligns with sales objectives.
Prepare and present performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements:
🎯 Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (preferably in e-commerce or consumer electronics).
🎯 Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
Experience with social media ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools) are a plus.
Ability to analyze data and optimize content strategies based on insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
🎯 Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
